1. Greet and enthusiastically assist all customers entering the store.
2. Provide friendly and specialized service to customers.
3. Identify customer needs through effective probing and suggest suitable products.

16. Complete all delegated tasks promptly and accurately.
17. Maintain store safety standards.
18. Monitor competitor activities.
19. Be aware of special store events.
20. Participate in programs to reduce merchandise loss.
21. Assist in reducing company expenses without compromising service and presentation standards.
22. Ensure confidentiality of information.
23. Complete all My Sephora Learning trainings.
24. Actively seek additional training when necessary.
25. Assist in training new consultants.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Desirable knowledge of a foreign language.
