1. Greet and enthusiastically assist all customers entering the store.
2. Provide cordial and specialized service to customers.
3. Identify customer needs through effective inquiry and suggest suitable products.
4. Convey product knowledge to customers.
5. Participate as a productive and motivated team member.
6. Assist in identifying opportunities for store improvement and propose solutions.
7. Contribute to a pleasant and organized work environment.
8. Perform services as required.
9. Pursue specialized knowledge in the area of expertise.
10. Stay updated with market trends.

12. Maintain Sephora's product, service, and event presentation concepts at all times.
13. Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and organization of the store.
14. Execute and comply with all Sephora policies and procedures.
15. Strive to be a reference in the assigned area.
16. Participate in stock control and quality assurance.
17. Complete all delegated tasks promptly and accurately.
18. Maintain store security standards.
19. Monitor competitor activities.
20. Be aware of special store events.
21. Participate in programs to reduce merchandise shortage/loss.
22. Assist in reducing company expenses without compromising service and presentation standards.
23. Designated consultants should be knowledgeable about cashier functions.
24. Ensure confidentiality of information.
25. Complete all My Sephora Learning trainings.
26. Actively seek additional training when necessary.
27. Assist in training new consultants.

1. Desirable retail experience.
2. Desirable experience in beauty.

1. Customer service, communication, and organization.
2. Logical reasoning.

Beginner level experience is required, with a preference for those with retail or beauty industry exposure.

High school diploma or equivalent; knowledge of a foreign language is desirable.
