- Monitor competitor activities.
- Be aware of special store events.
- Participate in programs to reduce merchandise shortage/loss.
- Assist in reducing company expenses without compromising service and presentation standards.
- Designated consultants should be knowledgeable about cashier functions.
- Ensure confidentiality of information.
- Complete all My Sephora Learning trainings.
- Actively seek additional training when necessary.
- Assist in training new consultants.
- Desirable retail experience.
- Desirable experience in beauty.
- Customer service, communication, and organization.
- Logical reasoning.
Beginner level experience is required, with a preference for those with retail or beauty industry exposure.
High school diploma or equivalent; knowledge of a foreign language is desirable.
