6. Assist in identifying opportunities for store improvement and propose solutions.

21. Participate in programs to reduce merchandise shortage/loss.
22. Assist in reducing company expenses without compromising service and presentation standards.
23. Designated consultants should be knowledgeable about cashier functions.
24. Ensure confidentiality of information.
25. Complete all My Sephora Learning trainings.
26. Actively seek additional training when necessary.
27. Assist in training new consultants.

1. Desirable retail experience.
2. Desirable experience in beauty.

Beginner level experience is required, with a preference for those with retail or beauty industry exposure.

High school diploma or equivalent; knowledge of a foreign language is desirable.
