1. Greet and enthusiastically assist all customers entering the store.
2. Provide cordial and specialized customer service.
3. Identify customer needs through effective probing and suggest suitable products.
4. Convey product knowledge to customers.
5. Participate as a productive and motivated member of the store team.
6. Assist in identifying opportunities for store improvements and potential solutions.
7. Contribute to a pleasant and organized work environment.
8. Maintain Sephora's product display, service, and event concepts at all times.
9. Execute and adhere to all Sephora policies and procedures.
10. Participate in stock control and quality assurance.
11. Complete delegated tasks promptly and accurately.
12. Maintain store safety standards.
13. Be aware of special store events and competitor activities.
14. Participate in programs to reduce merchandise loss.
15. Assist in reducing company expenses without compromising service and presentation standards.
16. Complete all My Sephora Learning trainings and seek additional training when necessary.
17. Assist in training new consultants.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Desirable knowledge of a foreign language.
3. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and staff clearly.
4. Capability to operate the point of sale system, if enabled.
5. Availability and flexibility.
6. Consistent and reliable customer service.
