1. Greet and enthusiastically assist all customers entering the store.
2. Provide cordial and specialized service to customers.
3. Identify customer needs through effective inquiry and suggest suitable products.
4. Convey product knowledge to customers.
5. Participate as a productive and motivated member of the store team.
6. Assist in identifying opportunities for store improvements and propose solutions.
7. Contribute to a pleasant and organized work environment.
8. Maintain store presentation in line with Sephora's concepts and procedures.
9. Execute and adhere to all Sephora policies and procedures.
10. Strive to be a reference in the assigned area.
11. Participate in stock control and quality assurance.
12. Complete delegated tasks promptly and accurately.
13. Maintain store safety standards.
14. Stay informed about competitor activities.
15. Participate in programs to reduce merchandise loss.
16. Assist in reducing company expenses without compromising service and presentation standards.
17. Ensure confidentiality of information.
18. Complete all My Sephora Learning trainings and seek additional training as needed.
19. Assist in training new consultants.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Desirable knowledge of a foreign language.

4. Ability to operate point-of-sale systems.
5. Availability and flexibility.
6. Consistent and reliable customer service.

Desirable experience in retail and beauty sectors.
