Sephora Sales and Service Leader

- Lead and inspire the store team by modelling exceptional client service and retail behaviours.
- Coach and develop team members through onboarding, product training, and ongoing performance feedback.
- Drive sales performance through expert product knowledge, personalized client recommendations, and loyalty program activation.
- Manage daily store operations including inventory tasks, visual merchandising standards, and loss-prevention practices.
- Support scheduling and staffing to meet operational needs; ensure punctuality and reliable attendance across the team.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative culture that upholds company policies and delivers a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
- Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer service environment.
- Proven ability to coach, motivate and develop a team to meet sales and service objectives.
- Strong sales acumen and demonstrated client engagement skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or service with a demonstrated track record of coaching teams to achieve sales and customer service targets.
