1. Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client’s needs and preferences.

4. Drive sales performance and achieve key performance indicators and conversion goals.
5. Maintain store presentation standards: merchandising, inventory support and a clean, welcoming sales floor.

1. Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent client service and build lasting client relationships in retail, hospitality or client‑facing roles.
2. Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
3. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Reliable attendance and flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays per retail peak operations.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
