Sephora Sales and Service Leader

- Lead and inspire the store team by example to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve sales targets.

- Proven ability to coach teams to achieve sales and service objectives.
- Strong sales orientation with demonstrated client service skills and product knowledge.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment; quick to learn and share product information.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience within retail, hospitality or customer-facing services, with a track record of coaching teams to meet sales goals and delivering high-quality client experiences in a fast-paced store environment. Experience with onboarding and training staff, visual merchandising, and basic inventory procedures is required.
High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or degree in business, retail management, or a related field preferred.
