Sephora Sales and Service Leader

- Lead by example to inspire and coach a sales team to deliver exceptional client experiences and meet store sales goals.
- Drive client engagement through expert product knowledge, personalized recommendations, and promotion of loyalty programs.
- Provide regular feedback, development and training to elevate team performance and support onboarding of new hires.
- Support day-to-day store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising, and adherence to store standards and company policies.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment that promotes teamwork and a customer‑first culture.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service; 3+ years preferred.
- Proven ability to coach, motivate and develop sales teams to achieve measurable results.
- Strong sales acumen and demonstrable client service skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail environment and quick to learn and disseminate product knowledge and training.
- Flexible availability to work peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance required.
