Sephora Sales and Service Leader

- Lead by example to drive store sales performance through exceptional client engagement and expert product recommendations.
- Coach, develop and motivate sales floor team members to meet individual and store targets, fostering continuous learning and career growth.
- Support onboarding, training and product education initiatives to maintain high levels of product knowledge and service standards.
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment, visual merchandising and compliance with company policies.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive and customer‑centric shopping environment that upholds Sephora’s brand standards and loyalty-program execution.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service; 3+ years preferred.
- Proven ability to coach teams, drive sales results and deliver superior client service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; able to meet full‑time shift requirements (30–40 hours/week).

High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or certification in business, merchandising, hospitality or a related field preferred.
