Sephora Sales and Service Leader

- Lead by example to drive sales performance and deliver exceptional client experiences through expert product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
- Coach, mentor and develop store team members; provide ongoing feedback, training and performance management to elevate individual and team results.
- Manage daily store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising standards and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Execute loyalty and service initiatives to increase client retention and lifetime value.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment that supports diversity, open communication and employee engagement.
- Ensure punctuality, staffing coverage and reliable execution of scheduled shifts during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing service environment.
- Proven ability to coach teams to achieve sales targets and deliver consistent service excellence.
- Strong sales aptitude with a client-first mindset and demonstrated success in driving conversion and average transaction value.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable delivering product education and training.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable attendance and punctuality.
