Sephora Sales and Service Leader

- Lead by example to coach, motivate and develop the sales team to deliver exceptional client service and achieve store sales targets.
- Drive daily sales performance through expert product recommendations, personalized client consultations and proactive clienteling.
- Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives, ensuring team proficiency in product knowledge, loyalty programs and brand activations.

- 3+ years of retail, hospitality or service experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving team performance.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with proven coaching ability.
- Flexible availability to cover peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays) and meet full-time scheduling requirements (30–40 hrs/week).
