Sephora Sales and Service Leader

- Lead, motivate and coach a sales team to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales and KPI targets.
- Model and reinforce Sephora’s client-first service standards through direct selling, product demonstrations, and personalized recommendations.
- Drive team development by providing ongoing feedback, onboarding support, and targeted training in product knowledge, loyalty programs, and service excellence.
- Support day-to-day store operations including inventory handling, receiving, loss prevention, visual merchandising and maintaining presentation standards.
- Contribute to workforce planning and ensure reliable coverage across peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

- Minimum 3 years of retail, hospitality, or service industry experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- Proven ability to coach, motivate and develop frontline sales associates to meet or exceed targets.
- Demonstrated fluency in consultative selling, client engagement and product education.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric demeanor.
- Capacity to work a flexible schedule and reliably meet required weekly hours (Full Time: 30–40 hrs/week).

Minimum three years of experience in a retail, hospitality, or service environment, with at least two years in a leadership or supervisory role responsible for coaching and driving sales performance.
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework or certification in retail management, business, cosmetology or a related field is preferred.
