Sephora Sales and Service Leader

- Lead by example to achieve store sales targets through exceptional client engagement and personalized product recommendations.
- Coach, mentor and develop sales associates to elevate service standards, product knowledge and individual performance.
- Drive daily operational excellence including inventory accuracy, visual merchandising and adherence to store standards.
- Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives for service excellence, loyalty programs and brand activations.
- Foster an inclusive, team‑oriented culture that prioritizes client experience and employee engagement.
- Manage scheduling, punctuality expectations and coverage for peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a safe, enjoyable shopping environment.
- Minimum 3 years of progressive leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a client‑facing service environment.
- Proven track record of coaching teams to meet or exceed sales and service KPIs.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client‑first mindset.
- Ability to learn and share product knowledge quickly and to train others effectively.
- Available to work 30–40 hours per week, including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable attendance and punctuality required.
