Sephora Sales and Service Leader

- Lead and inspire the store team by modelling exceptional client service and sales behaviours.

- Drive sales and conversion through personalised client engagement, product recommendations and expert knowledge.
- Oversee onboarding and continuous learning initiatives, ensuring team proficiency in loyalty programs, product expertise and brand activations.
- Support daily operations including inventory control, stock replenishment, visual merchandising and maintaining store standards.
- Manage scheduling expectations and ensure reliable coverage during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Uphold company policies, loss-prevention procedures and create a safe, inclusive shopping environment.
- Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a customer-facing environment (store-level leadership preferred).
- Proven ability to coach and motivate teams to achieve sales and service targets.
- Strong sales acumen with consistent client service results and ability to drive conversion.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable presenting product knowledge and recommendations.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance required.

Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or service; 3 years preferred for this role. Demonstrated track record of coaching teams and achieving sales results.
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework in retail management, business, cosmetology or a related field is a plus.
