Sephora Sales and Service Leader

- Lead by example to inspire, coach and motivate store team members to deliver exceptional client service and exceed sales targets.
- Drive sales performance through expert product knowledge, personalised recommendations and hands-on client engagement.
- Coach for growth by providing regular feedback, conducting training and supporting career development for team members.
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory tasks, visual merchandising, loss prevention and maintenance of store standards.
- Support onboarding and continuous learning related to service excellence, loyalty programs and brand initiatives.
- Manage scheduling expectations and ensure coverage during peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Uphold company policies and create a safe, inclusive and enjoyable shopping environment for clients and staff.
- Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing service environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and driving team performance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and coaching skills with the ability to develop talent.
- Strong client service orientation and deep interest in beauty and product education.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

2–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a service-driven environment, demonstrating the ability to coach teams and deliver consistent sales results.
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or a degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
