Sephora Sales and Service Leader

- Lead and inspire the store team by modelling exceptional client service, product knowledge and selling behaviours.

- Manage store operations including inventory control, visual merchandising, stock replenishment and maintenance of brand standards.

- Maintain reliable scheduling and coverage for peak retail periods (nights, weekends and holidays).
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a customer service environment.
- Proven ability to coach and motivate teams to achieve sales and service objectives.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client‑first orientation.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and teach product knowledge quickly and effectively.
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the role (able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds).
- Flexible availability to work 30–40 hours per week including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance required.
