1. Deliver professional beauty services (makeup application, waxing, false eyelash application and other Beauty Studio offerings) according to Sephora’s service menu.
2. Drive sales and appointment rebookings by recommending products and services tailored to client needs and preferences.
3. Educate and advise clients on product selection, application techniques and current beauty trends to build long-term relationships.
4. Maintain active licensure, adhere to local health and safety regulations, and uphold rigorous hygiene and sanitation standards.
5. Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive store culture and assist in achieving store goals and KPIs.
6. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe, secure and positive shopping experience for all guests.
7. Meet required weekly shift commitments and be available for peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

1. Active state license to provide waxing, makeup and false eyelash services in the state where services will be performed.
2. 1–3 years of experience in a similar role or in retail, hospitality or client-facing service environments.
3. Demonstrated product knowledge and familiarity with current beauty trends and techniques.
4. Proven ability to deliver personalized client service and build lasting client relationships.
5. Reliable availability for scheduled shifts including nights, weekends and holidays and strong punctuality.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1–3 years of client-facing experience in beauty services, retail, hospitality or a comparable service environment; demonstrated track record of delivering personalized service and meeting sales objectives.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; cosmetology, esthetician or related certification preferred where applicable.
