Sephora Sales and Service Leader

- Lead and inspire the store team to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve sales targets through coaching and role-modelling.
- Coach and develop team members via ongoing feedback, training and onboarding in product knowledge, service excellence and loyalty programmes.
- Drive store performance by maximizing client engagement, delivering personalised recommendations and ensuring expert product knowledge across categories.
- Support daily store operations including inventory control, receiving, stock replenishment and adherence to loss-prevention practices.
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain store presentation to reflect brand directives and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure staffing coverage and reliability; meet required weekly hours and be available for peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Uphold company policies and safety standards to create a welcoming, inclusive and compliant shopping environment.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or a customer-facing service environment.
- Proven ability to coach, motivate and develop teams to meet or exceed sales objectives.
- Demonstrated strength in client service, consultative selling and delivering personalised recommendations.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment and rapidly absorbing product information.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform tasks associated with retail operations.
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality or service environments, with a demonstrated track record of coaching teams to achieve sales and service targets.
