Sephora Sales and Service Leader

- Lead by example to deliver outstanding client service, drive sales and meet store performance targets.
- Coach, mentor and develop store team members through ongoing feedback, product training and performance conversations.

- Maintain punctuality, reliable attendance and flexible availability for peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-facing service environment; 3+ years preferred.
- Proven ability to coach teams to achieve sales and service goals with measurable outcomes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first orientation.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment and able to adapt to changing priorities.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Availability to work 30–40 hours per week and during peak retail periods.
