Sephora Sales and Service Leader

- Lead and inspire the store team by modelling exceptional client service and sales behaviours.
- Coach, mentor and develop team members to improve performance, product knowledge and customer engagement.

- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent client experiences.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to resolve client concerns professionally.
- Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays and consistent, punctual attendance.
