Sephora Sales Advisor (Work‑Study / Apprenticeship)

1. Deliver an exceptional in‑store client experience: warmly welcome customers, assess needs and provide personalised product and service recommendations.
2. Drive sales performance by proposing appropriate Sephora products and services, converting interactions into purchases and fostering customer loyalty.
3. Contribute to store presentation and visual merchandising to maintain brand standards and an engaging retail environment.
4. Participate in promotional activities, in‑store events and commercial challenges to support local sales objectives.
5. Follow the alternance training curriculum, apply classroom learning on the sales floor and progressively develop retail and beauty expertise.
6. Maintain basic stock handling, point‑of‑sale operations and clienteling activities to support daily store operations.

1. Baccalauréat (high‑school diploma) in sales, aesthetics/cosmetology or equivalent vocational qualification.
2. Eligible for a French work‑study (alternance) contract and enrolled, or prepared to enroll, in a Bac+2 (or equivalent) work‑study program.
3. Strong service orientation with a genuine interest in beauty products and customer satisfaction.
4. Team player with a collaborative mindset and willingness to embrace commercial challenges and learn on the job.
5. Flexibility to work retail schedules including evenings, weekends and peak trading periods.
