1. Welcome customers, deliver personalised consultations and build long‑term client relationships through effective clienteling.

4. Support merchandising, visual presentation and stock replenishment to ensure attractive product displays.
5. Participate in store events, promotional activities and sales challenges to drive store performance.
6. Follow the structured training curriculum of the alternance programme and apply learning on the sales floor.

1. Minimum: Baccalauréat in sales, retail or aesthetics/beauty — or equivalent vocational diploma.
2. Enrolled or eligible to prepare a Bac+2 (or higher) diploma through an alternance (work‑study) contract.
3. Strong customer service orientation and a genuine interest in cosmetics and beauty trends.
4. Team player with a proactive attitude and readiness to meet commercial targets.
