Sephora Sales Advisor (Work‑Study / Alternance) - Tours

- Welcome customers, provide personalised consultations and recommend Sephora products and services that meet individual needs.
- Drive in-store sales through product demonstrations, cross-selling and upselling while contributing to commercial targets and promotional initiatives.
- Create memorable customer experiences that reflect Sephora’s standards for service, ambiance and brand presentation.
- Participate in store events, merchandising, product launches and sales challenges to support traffic and conversion objectives.
- Follow the structured work‑study training plan to acquire technical product knowledge, sales techniques and operational store skills.
- Baccalauréat (or equivalent) with a specialization in sales, retail or aesthetics preferred.
- Enrolment in, or intention to pursue, a Bac+2 (or higher) diploma via a work‑study (alternance) program.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and genuine interest in beauty and cosmetics.
- Capacity to work retail hours including weekends and participate actively in team initiatives.
