4. Participate in store events, animations and commercial challenges; engage proactively in team objectives.
5. Follow the assigned alternance training programme, apply learned techniques on the sales floor and report progress to store managers and training tutors.
6. Support visual merchandising, stock replenishment and maintenance of a boutique presentation consistent with brand guidelines.

1. Minimum: Baccalauréat with a specialisation in sales or aesthetics; currently preparing or intending to prepare a BAC+2 (or equivalent) qualification via alternance.
2. Customer‑centric attitude with a demonstrable service orientation and enthusiasm for beauty products.
