- Serve as an ambassador of the Sephora brand: welcome customers, provide personalised advice and build long-term client relationships.
- Drive sales performance through tailored product and service recommendations, upselling and cross-selling to meet store KPIs.
- Create memorable, high-quality beauty experiences that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support store activations, in-store events and commercial challenges to maximise footfall and conversion.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensure product availability and execute stock replenishment and housekeeping tasks.
- Operate the point-of-sale, follow cash-handling procedures and contribute proactively to the team’s daily targets.
- Strong customer-service orientation with a persuasive, sales-driven mindset.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering an elevated client experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to adapt style to diverse clientele.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and to perform in a dynamic retail environment.
