Sephora Sales Advisor (Apprenticeship)

1. Greet customers and provide personalized product advice to build loyalty and drive conversion.
2. Develop sales through targeted product and service recommendations, upselling and cross-selling.
3. Deliver an exceptional, on-brand customer experience that reflects Sephora’s standards of hospitality and beauty expertise.
4. Participate in in-store events, promotional activations and commercial challenges to meet store KPIs.
5. Maintain merchandising standards, stock replenishment and visual presentation to support sales and brand image.
6. Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and ensure daily cash and transaction procedures are followed.

1. Baccalauréat (high school diploma) with specialization in sales, retail or aesthetics preferred.
2. Currently enrolled in or preparing for a Bac+2 (or higher) qualification via alternance/apprenticeship.
3. Strong customer-service orientation with excellent communication skills.
4. Team player with a proactive attitude, resilience and a desire to learn in a fast-paced retail environment.
5. Availability to work on-site, including evenings and weekends as required by store scheduling.
