Sephora Sales Advisor (Apprenticeship)

1. Deliver warm, professional client welcome and personalised product advice to build loyalty and drive repeat business.
2. Develop sales through tailored recommendations, upselling and cross‑selling Sephora products and services.
3. Create memorable in‑store experiences that reflect Sephora’s standards of service and beauty expertise.
4. Participate actively in store promotions, merchandising, product launches and commercial challenges.
5. Follow the alternance training programme, apply learning on the sales floor and work toward the targeted Bac+2 qualification.

1. Minimum: French Baccalaureate — preferably specialised in sales or aesthetics/cosmetology.
2. Enrolled in, or intending to enrol in, a Bac+2 (or equivalent) vocational diploma via an alternance (work‑study) contract.
3. Strong client service orientation with a desire to learn and grow within retail beauty.
4. Eligible for an apprenticeship/alternance contract under French regulations.

Entry‑level role suitable for recent baccalaureate graduates; no prior professional experience required though any retail or customer‑facing exposure is advantageous.

Baccalaureate (high school diploma), ideally with a specialisation in sales or aesthetics; enrolment in a Bac+2 work‑study diploma is required or intended.
