Sephora Sales Advisor (Apprenticeship)

- Greet customers and build rapport to deliver personalised beauty advice and product recommendations.
- Drive sales through consultative selling, product demonstrations and proposing Sephora services aligned with customer needs.

- Maintain merchandising standards, stock presentation and visual displays to reflect brand guidelines.

- Minimum Baccalauréat (high school diploma) with a specialization in sales and/or esthetics.
- Candidate must be enrolling in a Bac+2 (or equivalent) programme as part of the alternance contract.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and a demonstrable interest in beauty and cosmetics.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a retail team and adapt to a fast‑paced store environment.

- Clear verbal communication and teamwork
No prior professional experience required; the role is designed for beginners entering the beauty retail sector. Previous retail, cosmetics or customer‑facing experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Baccalauréat (preferably in sales or esthetics) and commitment to pursue a Bac+2 (or equivalent) qualification through an alternance / work‑study programme.
