Sephora Sales Advisor (Apprenticeship)

- Welcome, advise and build lasting relationships with customers by delivering personalised beauty recommendations and service.
- Drive sales through product and services recommendations, cross-selling and participation in promotional activities and commercial challenges.
- Create memorable in‑store experiences that reflect the Sephora brand — ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support visual merchandising, stock replenishment and shop floor presentation to maintain brand standards.
- Participate in store events, product launches and team initiatives; collaborate closely with colleagues to achieve collective targets.
- Follow the formal alternance training program, applying classroom learning to daily retail operations.
- Baccalauréat, ideally with a specialisation in sales or aesthetics/cosmetology.
- Candidate must be eligible for and willing to enrol in a Bac+2 or Bac+3 programme via an alternance (work‑study) contract.
- Strong service orientation with a genuine interest in beauty products and trends.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and demonstrate motivation to meet commercial objectives.
- Availability for retail hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by store operations.
- Customer service and client relationship building
- Retail sales techniques (cross‑selling, upselling)
- Product knowledge in cosmetics, skincare and fragrance
- Visual merchandising and stock maintenance
- Effective verbal communication and presentation
- Teamwork and adaptability in a fast‑paced retail environment
Entry‑level — suitable for recent graduates or students with little to no prior retail experience; previous customer‑facing experience is a plus but not required.
Baccalauréat (vocational track in sales or aesthetics preferred) and enrolment in a Bac+2 or Bac+3 alternance programme.
