Sephora Sales Advisor (Apprenticeship)

1. Welcome customers and deliver personalised product advice to create exceptional in-store experiences.
2. Drive sales by recommending Sephora products and services that match customer needs and preferences.
3. Build customer loyalty through clienteling activities and aftercare, contributing to repeat business.
4. Participate actively in store events, commercial promotions and sales challenges to meet targets.
5. Maintain merchandising standards, visual presentation and product availability on the sales floor.
6. Follow the apprenticeship training pathway, apply learning on the job and engage in continuous skills development.
7. Collaborate with colleagues to sustain a high-energy, customer-centric store environment.

1. Minimum: French Baccalauréat, ideally with a specialisation in sales or aesthetics.
2. Candidate must be eligible and motivated to pursue a Bac+2 (or higher) qualification via alternance/apprenticeship.
3. Strong customer-service orientation and commercial motivation.
4. Ability to work effectively in a team and to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
5. Enthusiasm for beauty, cosmetics and the retail sector; readiness to take on commercial challenges.
