1. Lead the assigned department (Perfume, Skincare, Makeup, Cash Register, Operations) by organizing and planning team activities to drive growth in line with commercial and human development plans.
2. Motivate and guide the sales team towards achieving shared objectives to ensure customer satisfaction and enthusiasm.
3. Enhance product and service knowledge within the team to meet commercial challenges effectively.

At least one year of managerial experience in a customer-focused retail environment.

Fixed salary with attractive variable incentives.
