Sephora Retail Supervisor

1. Create and manage daily staff schedules and coordinate sales floor activities.
2. Manage employee absences and sickness in the absence of the manager.
3. Induct and train new employees, implementing floor management strategies.
4. Act as a role model, embodying the Sephora Attitude and DNA.
5. Support in achieving sales targets and ensuring excellent customer service.
6. Conduct morning briefings and shift handovers.
7. Organize customer engagement activities such as beauty classes and weekend looks.
8. Update visual merchandising and ensure cleanliness on the sales floor.
9. Conduct inventories and manage merchandise from receipt to storage.
10. Prepare for store opening and closing, and report maintenance issues.
11. Deputize for the Corner Manager when necessary.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, preferably in the beauty sector.

1. Customer-focused and business-driven mindset.
2. Excellent communication and delegation abilities.
3. Analytical and commercial working methods.
4. Basic knowledge of SAP and Excel.
5. Proficiency in English or the native language of the country.

At least 2-3 years' experience in retail, preferably within the beauty sector, with a strong hands-on mentality and presence on the sales floor.
