Sephora Retail Supervisor

- Create and manage daily staff schedules and coordinate sales floor activities.
- Manage employee absences and sickness in the absence of the manager.
- Induct and train new employees, implementing floor management strategies.
- Act as a role model, embodying the Sephora Attitude and DNA.
- Support in achieving sales targets and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Conduct morning briefings and shift handovers.
- Organize customer engagement activities such as beauty classes and weekend looks.
- Update visual merchandising and ensure cleanliness on the sales floor.
- Conduct inventories and manage merchandise from receipt to storage.
- Prepare for store opening and closing, and report maintenance issues.
- Deputize for the Corner Manager when necessary.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, preferably in the beauty sector.
- Customer-focused and business-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and delegation abilities.
- Analytical and commercial working methods.
- Basic knowledge of SAP and Excel.
- Proficiency in English or the native language of the country.
At least 2-3 years' experience in retail, preferably within the beauty sector, with a strong hands-on mentality and presence on the sales floor.
