1. Manage and lead a team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in team management.
2. Proven track record in retail or cosmetics industry.
3. High proficiency in English and other languages is advantageous.

At least 1 year of experience in managing teams within the retail or cosmetics sector.
