Sephora Retail Specialist

- Manage the sales floor across key product categories including makeup, skincare, fragrance, and Sephora Collection.
- Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and Beauty Advisor team.
- Support Managers in developing and implementing the store's commercial and HR strategies.
- Monitor and analyze team KPIs to motivate and achieve results.
- Coordinate commercial activities such as promotions, events, and new product launches.
- Maintain optimal stock levels and manage the stockroom in line with replenishment cycles.
- Implement company procedures and commercial policies.
- Train and develop new hires in collaboration with Managers.
- Foster open and trusting interactions with diverse groups, building relationships within and beyond the organization.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, or Supervisor, preferably in multinational retail environments.
- Knowledge of key commerce KPIs and experience in budget management and reporting.
- Proven ability to manage a team and foster a collaborative team spirit.
- Dynamic, flexible, and resilient.
