1. Manage and lead a team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in team management.
2. Proven track record in retail or cosmetics industry.
3. Experience in managing sales KPIs and results-oriented approach.
4. Proficiency in English and/or other languages is advantageous.
