Sephora Retail Specialist

- Manage the sales floor, focusing on one or more key product categories: makeup, skincare, fragrance, and Sephora Collection.
- Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and Beauty Advisor team.
- Support managerial staff in developing and executing the store's commercial and HR strategies.
- Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve set targets.
- Coordinate commercial and organizational activities, including promotions, events, and product launches.
- Oversee stockroom operations, ensuring optimal stock levels and adherence to merchandising strategies.
- Implement company procedures and commercial policies as directed by central departments.
- Train and mentor new hires, supporting their professional growth in collaboration with management.
- Foster open and trusting interactions with diverse groups, building strong relationships within and beyond the organization.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, or Supervisor in a multinational retail environment.
- Proficiency in managing key commerce KPIs and confidence in budget management and reporting.
- Proven ability to lead a team towards achieving objectives while fostering a collaborative team spirit.
