1. Manage the sales floor, focusing on one or more key product categories: makeup, skincare, fragrance, and Sephora Collection.
2. Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and Beauty Advisor team.
3. Support managerial staff in developing and executing the store's commercial and HR strategies.
4. Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve set targets.
5. Coordinate commercial and organizational activities, including promotions, events, and product launches.
6. Oversee stockroom operations, ensuring optimal stock levels and adherence to merchandising strategies.
7. Implement company procedures and commercial policies as directed by central departments.
8. Train and mentor new hires, supporting their professional growth in collaboration with management.
9. Foster open and trusting interactions with diverse groups, building strong relationships within and beyond the organization.

1. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, or Supervisor in a multinational retail environment.
2. Proficiency in managing key commerce KPIs and confidence in budget management and reporting.
3. Proven ability to lead a team towards achieving objectives while fostering a collaborative team spirit.
