1. Manage and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
2. Oversee daily store operations and ensure a high standard of customer service.
3. Implement retail strategies to drive store performance and growth.
4. Facilitate staff training and development to enhance team capabilities.
5. Maintain inventory accuracy and manage stock levels effectively.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or cosmetics environment.
2. Proven track record in team management and achieving sales targets.
3. Strong understanding of retail KPIs and sales metrics.
4. Proficiency in English and/or other languages is advantageous.
