1. Lead and manage the retail point of sale and team in Madrid.
2. Monitor and control key performance indicators (KPIs) to develop impactful action plans.
3. Deliver exceptional customer service in line with Sephora's standards.
4. Collaborate with team members to foster a dynamic and engaging work environment.

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in team management.
2. Proven track record in retail, preferably in cosmetics.
3. Proficiency in English and/or other languages is advantageous.

1. Strong leadership and team management skills.
2. Proficiency in analyzing and managing KPIs.
3. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

At least 1 year of experience in team management within the retail sector, with a preference for cosmetics.
