Sephora Retail Specialist

1. Manage the sales floor, focusing on one or more key product categories such as makeup, skincare, fragrance, and the Sephora Collection.
2. Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and the Beauty Advisor team.
3. Support Managers in developing and implementing the store's commercial and HR strategy.
4. Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve set targets.
5. Coordinate commercial activities including promotions, events, and new product launches.
6. Oversee stockroom management, ensuring optimal stock levels and adherence to merchandising strategies.
7. Implement company procedures and commercial policies as set by central departments.
8. Train and mentor new hires, guiding them through their development path.

1. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles such as Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, or Supervisor.
2. Experience in dynamic, multinational retail environments.
3. Knowledge of key commerce KPIs and proficiency in budget management and analysis.
