1. Lead and manage a team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

1. At least 1 year of experience in team management.
2. Experience in retail or cosmetics industry.
3. Proficiency in managing sales KPIs and results-oriented.
4. High proficiency in English and/or other languages is advantageous.
