1. Manage and lead a team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
2. Oversee and analyze KPIs to drive business results.
3. Participate actively in the expansion and development of retail projects.
4. Ensure an engaging and dynamic store environment.
5. Facilitate onboarding and continuous professional development for team members.

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in team management.
2. Proven experience in retail or cosmetics sectors.
3. Proficiency in English and/or other languages is advantageous.

2. Ability to analyze and manage sales indicators.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Customer-focused with a results-oriented mindset.

At least 1 year of experience in managing teams within the retail or cosmetics industry.
