Sephora Retail Sales Manager

- Lead a dedicated commercial area (Perfume, Skincare, Makeup, Cash, or Operations), setting priorities and planning daily and weekly activity to achieve sales and service objectives.
- Drive the commercial and human development plan for the area by activating growth levers, defining targets, and monitoring KPIs.
- Coach, motivate and develop a team of Sales Advisors through regular feedback, training and on-floor coaching to elevate product knowledge and selling skills.
- Ensure superior client experience through service standards, merchandising, and by resolving client escalations promptly.
- Coordinate with store management on staffing, scheduling, inventory flow and operational tasks to maintain store performance and visual standards.
- Minimum of 3 years of successful managerial experience in a customer-service or retail environment.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate frontline sales teams to deliver collective results.
- Strong commercial orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills and capacity to train and develop people.
- Adaptable, proactive and solution-oriented in a fast-moving retail environment.

At least 3 years of managerial experience in retail or a customer-facing industry, preferably within beauty, luxury or selective distribution, with demonstrated success in leading sales teams and achieving targets.
Post-secondary diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred. Professional qualifications in retail or beauty are a plus.
