1. Welcome customers and deliver personalised beauty consultations to identify needs and recommend Sephora products and services.

1. Baccalauréat (high-school diploma) with a focus in sales, retail or aesthetics (or equivalent).
2. Candidate must be enrolling in or eligible for an apprenticeship (alternance) program preparing a Bac+2 level diploma or higher.
3. Strong customer-service orientation and genuine interest in beauty and cosmetics.
4. Ability to work effectively in a team and to engage positively with colleagues and clients.
5. Motivation to meet sales targets, participate in store initiatives and pursue professional development.
