Sephora Retail Sales Advisor (Apprenticeship)

1. Provide warm, expert customer reception, personalized product advice and aftercare to build long-term client relationships.
2. Drive sales through active selling of Sephora products and services, achieving individual and store targets.
3. Create memorable in-store experiences that reflect the brand’s positioning, including makeup and skincare demos where applicable.
4. Participate in store events, promotions and commercial challenges, contributing to visual merchandising and floor standards.
5. Follow the alternance training curriculum, apply classroom learning on the sales floor, and collaborate with mentors to develop professional skills.

1. Baccalaureate (vocational) with a focus on sales, retail or aesthetics; eligible candidates preparing a Bac+2 or higher via alternance are encouraged to apply.
2. Strong customer-service orientation with a genuine interest in beauty products and trends.
3. Motivated team player with a commercial mindset and willingness to work retail hours including weekends.
4. Demonstrated desire to learn and to progress through a structured apprenticeship programme.

Beginner level. No prior professional experience required; previous internships, part‑time retail or beauty experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

Baccalaureate (high school diploma) in sales, retail or aesthetics; candidate should be preparing or willing to enrol in a Bac+2 (or higher) programme delivered via an apprenticeship/alternance contract.
