Sephora Retail Sales Advisor (Apprenticeship)

1. Welcome customers, assess their needs and deliver personalised product and service recommendations that align with Sephora’s client experience standards.
2. Develop sales through active selling, product demonstrations, upselling of services and participation in in-store promotional activities and commercial challenges.
3. Build client loyalty through follow-up, clienteling practices and maintaining accurate customer records where applicable.
4. Contribute to daily store operations: merchandising, inventory replenishment, visual standards and point-of-sale transactions.
5. Engage in the apprenticeship training program: attend learning modules, apply techniques on the sales floor and share knowledge with the team.

1. Baccalaureate (vocational) in sales, aesthetics or a related field.
2. Eligible for an alternance/apprenticeship contract and intending to prepare a Bac+2 level diploma (or equivalent) in sales/beauty.
3. Strong customer-service orientation with enthusiasm for beauty products and trends.
4. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills; reliable and motivated to learn in a fast-paced retail environment.
