Sephora Retail Operations Specialist

- Support the execution of retail initiatives, promotions, and product launches across all store locations.
- Communicate operational updates, policies, and best practices to store managers and associates.
- Control communication from all departments to retail teams via the INSIDE platform, ensuring efficient understanding and adherence to deadlines and standards.
- Monitor store performance metrics and client experience KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Support training, tools, and resources to enhance store staff productivity and customer service.
- Assist with store opening, relocation, and renovation projects.
- Troubleshoot store issues and provide solutions in coordination with internal teams.
- Maintain updated documentation for processes, training manuals, and operational guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in retail operations, multi-unit management, or a similar role.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French or Portuguese is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with POS and inventory management systems is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive decision-making.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.
- Project management skills.
- Multitasking and priorities management.
- Knowledge of retail KPIs and sales performance analytics.
- Ability to travel to store locations as needed.
2–3 years of experience in retail operations, multi-unit management, or a similar role.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
