Sephora Retail Operations Associate

1. Support day-to-day store operations to ensure efficient, compliant and client-centric service.
2. Manage inventory activities including stock replenishment, cycle counts and order fulfilment.
3. Execute visual merchandising and promotional setups to maintain brand standards and event readiness.
4. Contribute to an exceptional client experience through proactive service and teamwork to help achieve sales targets.
5. Adhere to company policies and safety procedures to uphold a secure and welcoming shopping environment.
6. Maintain flexible availability for peak retail periods (nights, weekends and holidays) and ensure reliable attendance.

1. 1–2 years’ experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment.
2. Strong organisational skills and effective time management.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented mindset.
4. Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and relay information to clients and colleagues.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1–2 years of experience in a retail, hospitality, or other client-focused environment; prior exposure to inventory and merchandising responsibilities preferred.
