Sephora Retail Operations Associate

1. Receive, process and organize incoming shipments; ensure timely logging and accurate processing of transfers, damages and testers.
2. Maintain stockroom organization and visual merchandising elements to company standards; report missing or damaged props to the Operations Supervisor.
3. Support inventory control activities, participate in shortage/loss reduction programs and communicate inventory concerns to supervisory staff.
4. Provide friendly, professional client service on the sales floor and at the Point-Of-Sale; assist in training cashiers and consultants on POS and MPOS systems.
5. Uphold store presentation and safety standards within the cashier zone and across back-of-house areas; ensure compliance with sampling policies and operational procedures.
6. Perform cross-functional tasks as required, including cashier duties for designated consultants.

1. 1–2 years of retail or client-service experience, preferably in a stockroom or inventory role.
2. High School diploma or equivalent.
3. Proven organizational ability, numerical aptitude and competent computer skills.
4. Strong time management, problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills.
5. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
6. Ability to work in a fragrance-rich environment and lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
