Sephora Retail Marketing Project Manager

- Develop and implement retail marketing plans and briefs for the European market.
- Create and execute in-store marketing animation plans aligned with brand strategies.
- Design strategies and roadmaps for both permanent and non-permanent in-store marketing assets.
- Coordinate signage strategies to ensure message clarity and consistency.
- Prepare detailed briefs incorporating market feedback and post-mortem analyses.
- Define and monitor timelines for each marketing animation, ensuring sustainable logistics.
- Collaborate with designers to develop impactful and unique retail marketing assets.
- Lead procurement processes, ensuring competitive pricing and quality standards.
- Oversee local and central production strategies for marketing assets.
- Conduct quality and delivery tests, focusing on sustainability and upcycling.
- Manage budget adherence and asset deployment in collaboration with market teams.
- Evaluate in-store animation impact through visits and comprehensive reporting.
- Minimum of 5 years in trade or retail marketing, preferably within the beauty sector.
- Experience in luxury or retail environments is advantageous.
- International experience is highly valued.
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
- Forward-thinking and innovative mindset.
- Strong business acumen and growth orientation.
- Excellent organizational and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation in both French and English.
- Ability to build processes and synthesize information.
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
A minimum of five years in trade or retail marketing, with a focus on the beauty industry. Experience in luxury or retail environments and international exposure are advantageous.
