Sephora Retail Marketing Coordinator

- Serve as a key interface between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Monitor the lifecycle of retail marketing projects from order placement to country-specific activations.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to launch and compile country orders for POS animations, GWPs, and supplies.
- Ensure smooth information flow between headquarters, countries, suppliers, and the supply chain regarding logistical aspects of Retail Marketing.
- Support in-store execution monitoring and compile feedback for action analysis and after-sales service initiation.
- Act as a liaison with procurement, suppliers, the supply chain, and countries to align deliveries with activation calendars.
- Participate in the development of a new forecasting tool and manage its implementation and optimization.
- Manage budget commitments, payment tracking, and invoicing to ensure rigorous control of the retail marketing budget.
- Handle country re-invoicing for all Retail Marketing assets and develop tracking tables for enhanced visibility.
- Experience in Sales Administration (ADV) and/or Operational Marketing.
- Structured, rigorous, and organized approach to managing priorities and multiple projects.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an excellent level in Excel and Databases.
- Ability to manage complex projects and coordinate across multiple teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field.
